Karen Persis practices law because she enjoys solving problems and helping people. Her approach is practical, honest, and creative. She provides comprehensive and practical legal representation to individuals for a variety of matters, however the majority of her practice focuses on all areas of assisted reproductive technology law and adoption, including , egg donation,sperm donation, pre-planned adoptions, embryo donation, step-parent adoption, second parent adoption. She is passionate about helping people build their families, and helping families obtain formal, legal recognition of these bonds. Karen Persis also represents parties as a third party neutral in family law matters in her role as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem. Karen listens to her clients and combines their needs with her experience to create strategies that best represent her clients’ legal, financial, and long-term goals.
